Hämeeenkylä Manor, together with yoga instructor Tuula Kurkisuo, offers an opportunity to get some exercise and feel good. You can combine the activities below with a meeting or a day of recreation.

Sound bowl exercise (duration 45min.)
Give your mind a chance to calm down with the sound of relaxing singing bowls. Sound bowls creat a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere and promote relaxation and a feeling of well-being for body and mind. Well-being of the body and mind and thus improve concentration, among other things.

Stretching – Awakening session (duration 30min.)
Start the day with an energetic stretching awakening that refreshes the body and mind.
Our professional instructor will guide participants through gentle movements that will awaken
the body and prepare the mind for the day’s tasks.

Yoga (duration 45 – 60 min.)
We offer a variety of yoga options, with the option to add a fun twist, such as
in the form of champagne yoga or beer yoga. There’s sure to be a yoga option to suit everyone, and we can and we can tailor our classes to the participants’ wishes, so that everyone can enjoy well-being and relaxation in their own style.
